ShutterMatch was founded by two brothers—a photographer and a software engineer—who believed there had to be a better way for photographers and clients to connect.
We saw firsthand how fragmented the booking process was for both photographers and clients—answering DMs, coordinating schedules, sending invoices, and managing details across multiple apps. We believed technology could simplify that experience for both, making it easier for photographers to focus on creating incredible work while giving clients a simpler way to find and book the right photographer.
Our goal was never to replace a photographer’s website or social media. Instead, we set out to build a trusted marketplace where clients can easily discover talented photographers, while photographers can showcase their work, manage bookings, and grow their business—all in one place.
